Replacement Policy
We offer replacement for eligible products under the following conditions.
Eligibility for Exchange / Replacement
A replacement request must satisfy all of the following conditions:

The replacement request must be raised within 7 days from the date of product delivery.

The product must be unused and in its original condition.

The product must be returned with its original packaging, accessories, manuals, and free gifts (if any).

All protective films, seals, stickers, and tags must remain intact.

The original invoice or order ID must be provided.

The returned product must successfully pass our quality inspection after it is received at our warehouse.
To request a replacement, please email us at support@k2q.in with your Order ID, reason for replacement, and supporting photographs (if applicable).
Damaged, Defective or Wrong Product
If you receive a product that is:

Defective or not working

Incorrect or different from what you ordered

Missing accessories or components
Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing support@k2q.in along with:

Failure to report the issue within 24 hours may affect the eligibility for replacement.
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only in the following situations:

The replacement product is unavailable.

The ordered product is out of stock.

The order is cancelled by K2Q due to unavoidable circumstances.

A replacement cannot be provided after successful verification.
Once the returned product passes our quality inspection, the refund will be initiated.
Refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment wherever possible. Depending on your payment provider or bank, it may take 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
Non-Returnable Items
The following products are not eligible for return or replacement unless they are received damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Products that have been used or physically damaged after delivery.

Products without original packaging or accessories.

Products with missing tags, seals, or protective films.

Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized repair.

Clearance, promotional, or specially discounted items (unless damaged or defective).
Reverse Pickup
Where available, K2Q will arrange a reverse pickup for eligible return requests.
If reverse pickup service is unavailable in your location, you may be required to ship the product to the address provided by our support team. In such cases, shipping reimbursement may be provided at K2Q’s discretion after verification.
Quality Inspection
All returned products undergo a quality inspection upon arrival at our warehouse.
If the product fails the inspection because it is found to be used, damaged, incomplete, or not in its original condition, K2Q reserves the right to reject the replacement or refund request and return the product to the customer.
Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

If a prepaid order is cancelled before shipment, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
